These terms govern your use of nomoredeadplants.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
The Houseplant Confidence System operates at nomoredeadplants.com. You can contact us at hello@nomoredeadplants.com.
What you are buying
All products sold on this site are digital downloads — PDF files delivered electronically. No physical goods are produced or dispatched.
- The Diagnosis Guide (£7) — a PDF guide explaining what the five most common houseplant distress signals mean and the one immediate action to take for each.
- The Full System (£42 or £49) — the diagnosis guide plus a core care guide and quick-reference care cards for the 25 most common houseplants.
Delivery
Your download link is sent to the email address you provide immediately after payment is confirmed. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@nomoredeadplants.com and we will resend it promptly.
Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content, this right ends once we begin supply with your agreement.
By completing your purchase and accessing your download, you are requesting immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel will no longer apply once delivery has begun.
This does not affect your rights under our satisfaction guarantee (below) or your statutory rights if a product is faulty or misdescribed.
Our guarantee
If you work through the diagnosis guide with your next plant and the plant still dies, we will refund you in full. No explanation needed. Email us at hello@nomoredeadplants.com and we will process your refund.
Licence to use
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private purposes. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or use our content commercially in any form without our prior written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our downloadable products — including text, design, and layout — is owned by or licensed to The Houseplant Confidence System. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Purchasing a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
Disclaimer
Our guides provide general houseplant care information based on professional experience. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the specific plant, its environment, existing health, and how the guidance is applied. We cannot guarantee any particular result for any particular plant.
Our liability to you is limited to the price you paid us. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our products or this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
